ALT 1 APPROVED!
We're in business Lime Wire! The Alt 1 (this is the big kahuna application) was approved at the Department of Buildings, which means full steam ahead for our new home! Hooray! More details soon!

Conference Room Tables
In effort to acknowledge our cast iron industrial building, I went with contracting Robert Ogden, a millwork artist out of Philadelphia that I met at a trade fair earlier this year. He does amazing things with milled wood tops and found cast iron legs. Here are a few pics showing 'match book' tops that really exemplify the look of our conference room tables and lunch tables. Of course expect the lunch tables to be paired with brightly colored 'beach' inspired chairs.
Heart of Glass at Chelsea Frames
So, there I was at Chelsea Frames going over Lime Wire's awesome new art collection, when in walked Debbie Harry (no big whup - ack! Blondie!). She was picking up framed pictures of herself, haha, perfect! Anyway, long story short, the photograph above was taken by Wolfgang Uhlig and coming in at 6' by 8.5' is one of the many unique prints that will grace our halls.

We are working on electrical already!

AT WORK!
5th floor - In this picture you can see a barrel ceiling entrance being constructed to the right and to the left Francesco Mo, the structural engineer is going over roof plans. The roof is quite an undertaking, and will most likely not be completed when we move in. It will however be done in time for Spring! I have been working on designing permanent outdoor booth style seating along the edge of the roof - the U shaped seating is built into planters, so you can to smell the roses (or Broadway) while you eat lunch! I am really excited about the look of our modest, but totally radical rooftop!
